We value your business and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will take care of you.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

We are sorry we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in retail locations. Please take your item back to the store where it was purchased.

A copy of the packing slip or invoice is needed for all returns.

All refunds will be credited back to the credit card of the original customer. If you have received a gift and would like a refund in lieu of an exchange, the refund will go to the original purchaser. No exceptions, sorry.

We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse, however transit time can add 8-12 days delay from when you ship your package and the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.

Peacock Parfumerie will not accept candles that have been burned.
